My name is Duke. I am a very handsome English Setter and extremely lovable and cuddly. My mom has to make the hard decision to re-home me.
My owner died and her house isn't what I need. I do get love, food, and a yard to run in. But that is the problem. Since I have a very sensitive nose if I find something that catches my interest I tend to wander and follow my nose. So I need a fenced in yard.
If you are a hunter their will be a VERY strict screening process. I must be a pet first and possible hunting buddy second. I have been altered, so if follow the ignorant ideology a hunting must be in tact, I am not the dog for you. I will be microchipped and up to date on my vetting.
I do very well with children. The little boy here is 4 years old. I get along well with other dogs too.
